The Kicka Empire, Galactic Empire or officially to other governments...the Imperial Remnant is the government which succeeded the Second Kicka Empire under Alaric Kicka. The Imperial Remnant is headed by Grand Vizier Jolan Saris who is the de facto leader of the faction without an Emperor.

<div align=center>The Imperial Education System and Career track</div>The Empire has a vast bureaucratatic government that is filled with hundreds, if not thousands of positions within it. Empires also have vast military positions which are available for the taking to ambitious and true officers. The Empire is different in it's politics, in the Empire while knowing someone can get you advanced a little, having a good head and a true passion and knack for politics can rise you through the ranks of the Empire within years. Though in all cases, some slip through the cracks.

The Imperial Political Track is quite simple, the three lowest ranks are Political candidate, Political helper and Senior Political Helper, these are members of the the vast political bureaucracy who are not assigned to a specific Department and are sent to planets to take on roles within planetary governments. Political Candidates are members of the planetary senates and often find themselves on the track to becoming full political helpers. Political Helpers are typically aides, managers, committee members or other staff. Senior Political Helpers may become department heads, managers, chairmen of committees or aides to the Governor or Lieutenant Governor.

Above the Senior Political Helper is the Lieutenant Governor and Governor, these titles are self explanatory, Imperial Governors have supreme command of their planet save from their higher ups which rarely interfere unless directed too. Above the Governor is the Moff, Moffs are assigned individual Sectors and govern with the utmost power, they are supreme in their Sector save from higher ups. Above a Moff is the Grand Moff, who governs Oversectors.

<div align=center>Military Career path</div>Any Imperial Citizen may join any branch of the Imperial Military however certain requirements have been put in place to ensure that the military maintains a sort of prestige and level of excellence. The requirements are simple, the Imperial Citizen must be 18 GSY and human or near-human. After these requirements are met the Citizen is given his selection of the branch of service he wants to join. After selecting their branch they are sent off to the Imperial Military Basic Training Camp (IMBTC) commonly called "boot camp" a month later and it lasts for 6 months at which point they are put through another 6 month course for their selected specialty be it Infantry, armor, starfighter combat or the like. The year long course is further supplemented with a 3 year education at one of the Imperial Military Academies. The process takes four years but produces extremely skilled and well versed soldiers.

Any one of the recruits in the IMBTC can chose to apply for the Imperial Officer Training Program, known as IOTP. The Imperial Officer Training Program is the first step to becoming an officer in the Imperial military. The Imperial Officer Training Program takes an extra two years after the supplemental Imperial Military Academy part of the IMBTC. The Imperial Officer Training Program places the want to be officers into one of the various Officer academies around the Empire and tutors them in honing their skills in the area type were they wish to become an officer. The program lasts for two years and the Officer leaves with the lowest Junior Officer rank unless given special ranking due to scores or aptitude.<hr><hr>

<div align=center>Exclusive Ranks:</div>
Imperial Trader - An Imperial "Trader" known across the galaxy as "Rogue Traders" are members of an elite group of smugglers, bounty hunters and mercenaries who while not members of the vast Empire follow the rules and regulations set down by the Emperor, to become an Imperial "Trader" one must obtain an Imperial Letter of Marque, which states that the male/female is in the service of the Emperor.

<hr><hr><div align=center>Imperial Commissariats:</div>When Tyrus Kicka was given the title of Overseer of the Imperial Department of Occupation, Resettlement and Territories which made Tyrus the de facto head of the Moffs and everything within the Empire in regards to territory. The Imperial Commissariats are the brainchild of Tyrus, who sees the Moffs as corrupt and unreliable. The Imperial Commissariats are not the successor to the Moff-system however an alternative for certain areas regarded as too important for a possible corrupt politician. The Imperial Commissariats are governed by an Imperial Commissioner who is directly appointed by the Emperor and given Emperor-like powers within their sectors.

The appointments of the Commissioners are entirely dependent on their membership in COMPNOR. The Imperial Commissioners are fanatical members of the New Order but have a regional twang to them, the three current Imperial Commissioners are of their respective areas. Imperial Commissariats are also breeding grounds for COMPNOR activity; they are almost entirely run by COMPNOR personnel such as Omniporate, CompForce and the Imperial Security Bureau.

<div align=center>Imperial Aristocracy

His Imperial Majesty, the Kicka Emperor of the Galaxy, Tribune of the Imperial Royal House of Kicka, Duke of Ravelin Alaric Kicka</div>

The Imperial Aristocracy is a long time running of major families who have controlled vast amounts of influence and power within the Empire. The current Imperial Aristocracy is mainly involved in attempting to regain influence on their worlds which the Empire has retreated from. Titles of aristocracy in the Empire differ from personal aristocracies which differ from royal house to house, for example, the Royal House of Kicka uses the title of Consul for the head of the household, while the Royal House of Drale uses Archduke for their head of the household. Imperial titles relate to the Empire only and are seen as tokens of honor for service to the Emperor and Empire.

Imperial Royal Houses are different from planetary nobility, Imperial Royal Houses draw from all over the Empire and are often considered for far more prestigious offices.

<div align=center>Kicka Empire Special Detachments</div>

The special detachments of the Kicka Empire are units which are taken out of the normal hierarchy of the Imperial Military and put under direct command of the Emperor, the members of these units are often security or special forces units which are dedicated to the protection of a certain planet or interest. Commanding officers of these units are known as Primarchs, a former title of nobility in the first Kicka Empire under Kicka Emperor Hadrian or a special designated title.

The Black Guard is made up of former Stormtrooper Officers and Stormtroopers who have dedicated themselves to the policing side of the military, mainly made up of former security units which the Emperor personally tasked with guarding his capital at Bastion, the Black Guard have been dispatched to Byss, Had Abaddon and Yaga Minor.

The Death Watch are lead by Tyrus Fett, a former Mandalorian General who had close ties with Emperor Hadrian. These Mandalorians are considered ori'ramikade or Supercommandos.

The Dark Guardians are Dashade's whom are resistant to the force and are strong enough to tear apart any who oppose them. Hadrian has dedicated them to being ready to destroy the Sith if need arises.

They are fully trained in the ways of the Force and reject the dark side of the Force, unlike previous Imperial Force-based organizations. Though they do not draw on the dark side, they do not strictly follow the light side either, they are viewed as Gray by the Jedi Order. After seeing a need to replace his current personnel security and those of his closest subjects, Saris founded the order shortly after his rise to power. Used primarily as his personal security force they have been tasked with some of the most personal and important missions of the Grand Vizier that he deems of imperial importance.

?Imagine a world without crime, without the fear of crime, the fear of loss. Wouldn?t that world be the utmost perfect place? The Imperial Ministry of Justice has sought to foster and create that within the Galaxy. The Imperial Ministry of Justice and the Imperial Ministry of Enforcement is dedicated to the preservation of the Empire throughout. Loyalty to the Emperor and Imperial Law.?

Micheal Terran is a new order fantasist, claiming that the New Order is the way to dominance and power, he subscribes to the typical pro-humanism that exists within the Empire. Following Imperial dogma and law to the code, Micheal Terran is a die hard follower of the Emperor, and his unwillingness to diverge from his beliefs as well as his unnatural cruelty have made him the prime architect of the Emperor?s will.

Luxassus Fornost, Grand Treasurer.

?It isn?t a matter of money, nor it is it a measure of money. It is how it is spent, the work of the ?auditors?, the work of the investigators. It is not a matter of money, it is the measure of how much we obtain so we can further the Emperor?s goals, which are our goals.?

Sadistic? Cruel? Loathing? Luxassus Fornost, of the vicious Imperial House of Fornost is one of the foremost experts on economics and suffering within the Empire. A loyal follower of Emperor Fel throughout his years, Luxassus has handled the Empire?s finances for quite sometime, allowing for Fornost to slide into the post of Grand Treasurer when it was created. A staunch member of the New Order and avid supporter of the Emperor, the Grand Treasurer should not be taken lightly, at all.

?I do not smile. I do not give false hope to those who wish to tarnish the laws of the Empire and disregard them. Those who do? They shall be punished, punished not only by the will of the Empire, but by the Imperial code.?
