Meko was sitting in the middle of an open field on Dantooine, the breeze blew through his white hair as he closed his eyes breathing deeply. He was looking for ways to continue his Echani training, but knew it would be rather difficult for him as their ways have become rather rare to find and learn.

He grabbed onto his two Vibroblades, and he stood up quickly, and he swung them around in a controlled manner. He stayed focused as the wind died down, and he continued his Vibroblade training.
 
Dantooine, sitting close to Imperial Space, was naturally in the sphere of the Empire and the presence of someone on the planet was somewhat hard to believe. Outside of the settlements, the Empire did not pay much attention to Dantooine, with the exception of the Jedi ruins which were protected by units of Stormtroopers and closely watched for the presence of anyone who might display "Jedi" abilities. It was once the center of a Jedi enclave and once a focal point of the Jedi Civil War and the remnants of the time echoed forever in the heart of the planet. Velos Marr, an Imperial Special Missions Lieutenant was training on the planet with his platoon of the 305th Special Missions Platoon.

"Contact, Lieutenant Marr." A voice rang over his comm unit within his ear. Marr, who had been viewing a datapad containing information perked up. Marr motioned to his Sergeant Major, the senior NCO who had assisted him in commanding the platoon. "Unknown humanoid found in Sector 17X." Marr and his unit had fortunately been located in Sector 17Y, close in proximity. Marr motioned and the 1st Line Squad attached to the platoon nodded and picked up their rifles from the reconnaissance exercise that they had been involved in. Marr grabbed his blaster rifle and the squad double-timed it to Sector 17X which was within a quick run nearby.

Meko continued a few more training swings, and he noticed a few animals get slightly riled up as they ran off to another grove nearby. He put his Vibroblades away, and looked towards where the animals were running from to see if anything was coming.
